Payment Terms

Payment terms for services will be specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due according to the schedule outlined in your specific agreement.

Warranties and Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stax shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stax from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately.
